We have been trying for 3 days to get assistance from Customer Service and on line on how to get these paperless tickets. My daughter purchased to front row seats as a gift at Christmas for me to see Kenny Rogers in Wpg. What a pile of crap! You do not deserve what you have and I truly hope this is your downfall. Now suddenly “when your scam has been exposed” your going to do an internal review and put measures in place to mitigate the problem. Ticketmaster has know for a very long time about these issues and has done nothing to fix them. I’m so fed up with ticketmaster and not being able to get fair priced tickets to any popular show that I would much rather camp out on the sidewalk and wait in line for tickets. ![]() I want you to know that I sincerely hope this brings you down. Taking extremely unfair advantage over your position and our trust in you to do what’s right. Your whole monopoly system is rigged to shaft the general public out of our hard earned cash. These reporters have uncovered and broadcast the truth to the masses on what a great many of the ticket purchasing public has long suspected. Now you have been clearly busted by the Toronto Star & and CBC in an undercover sting investigation. I have long suspected and I have even complained to you that your system favours everyone else EXCEPT the common consumer. On a great many occasions I have sat in from of my computer at exactly the right time desperately trying “unsuccessfully” to get tickets to event that are important to me or perhaps for my young daughter who absolutely MUST see Maroon five or Pink or (insert any popular group or act here). I’ve read Ticketmaster’s statement categorically denying any involvement in this reseller program and I feel I must must state my personal position on this issue. I’ve been following the news story recently regarding Ticketmaster’s resale division (tradedeask). What should have been a beautiful anniversary date was a complete disappointment. I was in seat 1 and my partner in seat 3 with a belligerent stranger in seat 2 who refused to move at our request and who made the show less then enjoyable for us. I asked again, so there is no one sitting in seat 2 and the agent said that is correct there is no seat 2.Ĭome the night of the concert we found our seats and much to our disappointment we learned that there was in fact a seat 2 and someone was sitting in it. The Ticketmaster representative told me not to worry that the tickets were in fact next to each other and were being sold as odd numbers at the venue. I immediately contacted a ticketmaster representative to explain what had happened and expressed a desire to have two seats next to each other. When I received confirmation I noticed that the tickets purchased were for seats 1 & 3. I went on line and purchased two tickets in section 109 Row 28 seats 1 & 2. I am very disappointed in the dishonest representation of the Ticketmaster representative that I spoke to on the phone regarding my Fleetwood Mac tickets which I purchased on May 03, 2018. Anyone want to join my battle? I am force to be reckoned with. At least my daughter used the 4th ticket to go out of the venue to get food not liking the back up band, there was a “no leaving the event” policy. I hate that my concert experience was ruined by paying double for 8 tickets for 3 ppl, ferry travel & hotel. I’m willing to take this to BBB or small claims if my CC company claims it’s my fault ( I spent hours on the phone with them as well). Why when all the correspondence proves the mistake was made by agents at ticketmaster. They now say the vendor needs to validate a refund. I had to transfer the tickets back to my order account but it is impossible to do so from your iPhone wallet. I explained how confusing the whole situation was without speaking to anyone nor having someone acknowledge the correct order # to be refunded. ![]() How do you make that mistake? After requesting clarification I had received approximately 20 emails from 6 different agents, my daughter mistakenly opened the email”your tickets are waiting”, for the date supposed to be canceled. I looked at the order# and it turned out they had re-refunded tickets from the first cancellation I had showing in my ticketmaster account from 6mths earlier. After asking what was happening with my refund I was informed it would go through in about 30days. I followed instructions to get a refund by buying tickets for the correct night and provided my previous order.#. I purchased tickets for the wrong night of a 3 night 5440 concert.
